The Word Alive has their FIRST headlining tour!!!!
Everyone should come out and help promote !!
-Promotions for this tour are a little different
-If you want to sign up to promote, please just email me and let me know. Remember, I need at least 3 weeks notice for a show.

The Word Alive and For All Those Sleeping w/ Upon a Burning Body, Abandon All Ships, The Color Morale

Pre-promotion is as follows:
-One of those posters MUST be hung up at the venue prior to the show.
-The other 4 should be placed at places such as records stores, Hot Topic, YOUR SCHOOL, etc.
-You need to Twitter about the show twice. Include date, time, and venue
-You will need to Facebook about the show twice. Include date, time, and venue
-You need to post show information on 5 different social site that don’t include : Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Tumblr, Altpress.com or online gaming sites. Think outside the box, there are tons of high traffic sites used by music lovers. Some examples would include: school forums, community sites, and even popular magazine sites.
(I will need a total of 14 pictures. One of each poster, and a screenshot for each post,. Please make sure where the poster is posted is clearly visible in the picture.)

Promotions during the show:
-Five posters of each band should be hung up in the venue.
- The stickers should be PASSED OUT to fans at the show.
-Snipes (plain looking posters) should be put up in BLOCKS OF FOUR! Make it a square. These are to be used only at the show!
-If they venue allows stickers to be placed on the walls and such, no more than 3 of the stickers should be used for that.
- Gather at least TWENTY email signatures, and phone numbers for the fearless newsletter/mobile mob. DO NOT FORGET THE PHONE NUMBERS. These are equally important. Make sure they know they’re signing up for exclusive news, contests, content, and first listens to songs (the last one is the grabber)
(I will need pictures of each poster, and 4 pictures of you using the stickers/snipes.)

Pre-promotion is as follows:
-One of those posters MUST be hung up at the venue prior to the show.
-The other 4 should be placed at places such as records stores, Hot Topic, YOUR SCHOOL, etc.
-You need to Twitter about the show twice. Include date, time, venue, and other bands
-You will need to Facebook about the show twice. Include date, time, venue, and other bands
-You will need to change you Facebook profile picture to a masquerade invitation to the event.INVITATION PICTURES NEED TO BE APPROVED 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DATE.
(I will need a total of 10 pictures. One of each poster, and a screenshot for each post,. Please make sure where the poster is posted is clearly visible in the picture.)

-ten posters should be hung up in the venue. The band is most likely an opener so we want to make sure their name is everywhere, so they have an apparent presence at that show.
- The stickers should be PASSED OUT to fans at the show.
-If they venue allows stickers to be placed on the walls and such, no more than 3 of the stickers should be used for that.
