Lostprophets ‘Weapons’ - Release Mission

Hey everyone!

Lostprophets NEW album Weapons is now available! Thanks to everyone that has helped promote the release of this album, voted for them in radio station battles, and supported them throughout the years. They’re finally back! Let’s spread the word, they have a big summer ahead of them playing on Warped Tour July 12 - August 5, then headlining the UK Warped Tour in November.

This album is great and it’s up to the Fearless Records Street Team to let everyone know it. Please check out this Release Day Mission and help the band with this final push!

Creative:

Create a graphic to spread around online. Use a live image of the band and promote that they are playing the Warped Tour from July 12 - Aug 5. Also include that they are on the Tilly’s stage. Once you’ve made a really awesome looking graphic, share it on your most popular & most used social network. Lostprophets will release their new album - Weapons on June 19th! Release day is right around the corner and we need your help making sure everyone knows! We created a street based mission for the team to work on, check it out and sign up ASAP if you’d like to help out!

STREET

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you hang up your posters in high traffic areas, where music fans will hanging around. Good examples are FYE, Hot Topic, Guitar Center, Local Record Store, Local Venue, etc. The posters should be hung up at eye level, so that other fans can see them and read them easily. Also please make sure you ask permission before hanging the posters, that is very important.

-Hang up 10 posters around town. Cool places to hang them would be around your school, a local coffee shop or record store! Take 2 pictures per poster and include a description of where the poster is hung in your report! Remember 1 picture should be zoomed in so we can read what your wrote on the poster and 1 picture should be zoomed out so we can see where you hung up the poster. Try to zoom out enough so we can see where in the store you hung it up, or what else was around the poster. We want to feel like we were at the location you hung it up. (20 pictures)

-Pass out 30-50 stickers. Take at least 5 pictures of people you passed stickers out to. This can be done at a concert, at your school, at the mall, etc. (5 pictures)

For a good example of how to hang up your posters and turn in your pictures, check out this report that one of our teamers turned in for a previous tour. Your report won’t have all of these same parts, however it gives you a good idea of what to do. To view the example report, click HERE.

Lostprophets’ new single “We Bring An Arsenal” is now available on iTunes! Their new album, Weapons, will be out June 19th! Head to their MerchNow store to check out the pre-order bundles which include bandanas, dog tags, and the record on vinyl!

Whenever you order one of Lostprophets’ bundles you’ll instantly receive “Bring ‘Em Down”, one of the new tracks off of their album!
